- Financial & Billing Information: Payment card provider, credit/debit card number, expiration date, cardholder name, billing postal code, and security code (CVV) required for merchant transaction authorization.
- Technical & Usage Data: IP address, device browser type, operating system, and session analytics collected via standard session cookies.

- Ticketing and Airline Verification: To communicate with operating airlines, consolidate reservation requests, and issue official e-tickets.
- Ticketing Agent Callout: Because bookings require verification before final issuance, our ticketing agents utilize your provided phone number to call and reconfirm traveler details and payment legitimacy.
- Reservation Notifications: To dispatch electronic receipts, PNR booking references, schedule change alerts, and baggage notices.
- Fraud Detection and Risk Mitigation: To protect both our customers and our agency from unauthorized credit card charges and identity impersonation.
3Information Sharing & Third-Party Disclosure

- Airlines & Consolidators: Data is transmitted to the airlines operating your flight segments and our authorized ticketing consolidators to issue passenger manifests.
